We are a family-run law practice with a combined 19 years of experience in criminal defense and family law.
Steve Hathaway founded the law practice in 1995 and helped thousands of members of the Bellingham community during his 30 years of practice. In 2022, two passionate litigators joined Steve's team: his daughter, Kelsey Hathaway, and her husband, Jacob Holland.
Today, the husband-and-wife team are continuing Steve's legacy by providing zealous legal advocacy for those in need.
